Rules of the 6th Annual Southtown’s Scavenger Hunt
- There will be four judges this year and our ruling is FINAL. We will work together to make sure that every team is awarded the most amount of points they deserve.
- Your team must be made up of four people. You may not have any more then four people and there will be no exceptions.
- You must wear your official Southtown’s Scavenger Hunt T-shirt for the entire day. If you are not wearing your t-shirt in pictures you will receive zero points for those pictures.
- All items on the list must be brought back to the final destination for the judges to see. If you do not have the item with you, you will receive zero points for those items.
- All pictures must be taken the day of the Scavenger Hunt. The judges will certainly be able to tell if they are not.
- Your team must stay together for the entire day and you must have at least two teammates in every picture. If another team catches you apart from each other, we will subtract points from your team and add them to the team that caught you. Pictures are necessary.
- Your entire team must be at the final destination by the established time or points will be subtracted for each minute late. We will have a judge at the door keeping track.
- +5 Bonus points will be awarded for creativity for all items and pictures the judges determine to be creative. There will be bonus points available on every item and picture but it all depends on how creative your team wants to get.
- +2 Bonus points will also be awarded for pictures both creative and entertaining that are not listed on the required pictures.
- We certainly encourage everyone to be safe and have fun. We DO NOT encourage breaking the law, even though it may help you win, and we take NO responsibility for your actions.
